We reserve the right to host your domain on one server and the web content on another server in another country By hosting your content in the USA or other country and not in South Africa bandwidth costs are much lower then Telkom Bandwidth costs. This will allow us to keep our prices down as we become independent on Telkom Rates
This could be carried out hosting your content on another sub-domain saving you from having to rent two web servers in order to take advantage of competitive American bandwidth costs We reserve the right to change our Foreign Bandwidth Service providers so we can remain competitive
We reserve the right to use IFRAME the content of your web site and deliver it to your domain located web server This allows your visitors to stay on your South African Site even if the Content is on an American Server
Payment Terms
Payment for the rental of the site will be done on a quarterly or half yearly basis based on the current monthly rates
Exchange Rates and our Local and Foreign Service Provider costs
Unless otherwise specified in our written quotation, depending on what currency we need to trade and the costs of our service and foreign service providers our prices may be revised on a regular basis Disclaimer
We will not be held liable for any loss in profit or anticipated profit and could be due to the content on your site or the availability of your site SLA (Service Level Agreement )
Unless otherwise specified in our written quotation, no Service Level Agreement is made or implied in this offer. Should you require a specific SLA then this will be subject to quotation and this will subject to SLA's offered by our local and foreign service providers . The level of the support as well as telephonic support and our call rates and times and dates when we do the updates will be subject to a SLA quoted .
